Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is celebrating the great British summer with a very special road trip that will see two of its latest models visit some of the hottest tourist spots in south-west England. The road trip will showcase the latest Caravelle and Amarok ranges - allowing sun-lovers and beach-goers the chance to see why both are the perfect packages for buyers.
Both models will take centre stage in displays that offer expert advice, mobile phone chargers and a social media competition. The tour kicked off at the Bournemouth Air Festival last weekend, and will continue its journey west to visit some of the busiest and most popular tourist hot-spots by the end of the month. Among the venues confirmed to date are Falmouth Custom House Quay, Saunton Sands and Padstow.
Visitors will be encouraged to take photos of the displays and share them on Twitter with the #CaravelleOnTour hashtag. Facebook users will also be able to enter a special competition with Volkswagen-themed prizes on offer.
Visitors taking an interest in the Amarok have even more reason to smile this summer thanks to some amazing offers. These include a free satnav and chrome pack and low-rate finance with payments from £349 per month.
